So here's how we work:
1. We do an assessment of your needs, we want to know how to make you happy
2. We have a good level of flexibility to accept last minute changes or new delegates or any other changes you may have within reason without any penalties
3. Our booking process is very simple, one booking form, a friendly chat/email or meeting if you wish and that's it you're in
4.Every delegate recieves a detailed workbook to keep with lots of extra tips and recommendations
5.We use a variety of training styles to reach all delegates with a variety of abilities
6.You get a three month optional bespoke review to discuss how the training has benefited you and your team
7. Option for further one to one coaching with the first session free
8. Attendence CPD certificate at the end of your training
9. We are very solution focused and use lots of pratical examples sometimes from the delegates themselves - turning day to day management issues into solutions
